If you wish to purchase chips with your non-refundable OBC, you are correct that they now give you chips that cannot be redeemed - you just play them until you lose them. The casino would get busy during the raffles which seemed to coincide with the late show getting out. I didn't really see anybody winning on these.
The video poker consists of many single hand and some multi hand play for dimes, quarters, 50 cents, or dollars. which, when you play all the lines, they are really $3 - $5 machines. They have many of the normal slots that you would see in Vegas. Sometimes, they have events and it is always fun to join in as they are free and you can win something. it was right next to the aisle right across from the video poker machines. There was a QuickHits game that this lady was doing well on.
